Refund policy
Installation
We recommend that you have products installed by a registered tradesperson who should inspect the goods before installation. If you plan to install the products yourself, please inspect the products before installation. Goods that are damaged during or post installation are not the responsibility of RENO2U or our suppliers.
If you attempt to install a product and the installation damages the product, we are unable to return and refund the product.
Damaged or defective product
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Our team will work with you to find a solution.
Change of mind returns
If you ordered the incorrect product or have changed your mind about a product, you can return or exchange an item for 30 days after an order has been delivered. The cost of return shipping is payable by you.
All returned items must be in a saleable condition upon return including the original packaging. RENO2U is not responsible for any damage on a product incurred during transit. The item and product packaging must be free from damage or other marks.
If the packaging is torn or damaged, there is a 20% repackaging fee that will be deducted from the refund payable (excluding faulty products or warranty claims).
Once we have received the return, our warehouse will inspect the item and we will refund your order (minus any repackaging fee and transaction fees on the sale).
Product warranties
Information about the product warranties can be found on the product listing and further detail can be found on manufacturer's website. Issues within the warranty period will usually be handled by the manufacturer. You can usually find the manufacturers details on their website. Alternatively, please contact us and we will help you get this sorted.
